Tramways technicians conduct maintenance tasks to prevent and repair damages to lifts or aerial tramways. They use specific equipment, keep a log of the activities and abide by safety procedures and practices such as emergency evacuation and rescue operations. They can deny access to the facility if the conditions do not allow its safe use.
