Built on an open occupation standard
Your CV is a list.Your career is a graph.
MyNodes turns one into the other. It maps what you have done against 3,039 occupations and 14,355 skills, then shows you the roles you are already close to — and the few skills that would open the most doors.
Free to build your graph. Your CV file is deleted after it is read.

How it works
Upload your CV
One PDF. We read it once and delete it as soon as we are done — the graph is what we keep, not the document.
Get your graph
Roles, skills, education and projects become nodes, linked to each other and matched against the shared taxonomy. Anything we got wrong, you can correct.
See where you can go
Occupations adjacent to the ones you have held, and the skills that unlock the most of them. Every number is a count you can open up.
One shared map, not our opinion of your career
Every occupation carries its ISCO-08 code — the occupational classification published by the International Labour Organization and used by statistical offices worldwide. We cover 426 of its 436 groups, across all ten major groups of work. That is what makes a job title written in one country comparable to one written in another, instead of two strings that happen to differ.
The skill vocabulary comes from ESCO v1.2.1, an open classification that already exists in 8 languages — so your graph is not written in a private dialect only we understand.

What to expect
The part we would rather tell you now than have you discover after your first upload.
The percentages look low. They should.
The taxonomy describes activities — “analyse big data” — while a CV lists tools — “SQL”. Nobody covers most of an occupation's essential skills on paper. What matters is which roles you are closest to, not the number next to them.
The maths is not a model.
Matching, adjacency and missing skills are computed by counting shared skills in the taxonomy. The same profile always gives the same answer, and every figure can be traced back to what it is made of. AI reads your CV and explains the result — it does not decide it.
Your data stays yours.
The CV file is deleted right after it is read. Your graph is visible only to you. You can export everything as JSON or delete it in one click. We do not sell personal data and we do not show your profile to recruiters.
